Newly-hired SD73 secretary-treasurer excited about Kamloops opportunity

KAMLOOPS – Kim Morris, the new secretary-treasurer for School District 73 (SD73), was introduced to the media Tuesday (Dec. 16). She will be joining the new superintendent, Mike St. John, on March 1, 2026.

Morris says she is focused on the future of SD73’s finances and working with the board and executive team on the district’s financial future.

“When I arrive, I’m really just to make sure I’m listening and learning about what’s happening in the district and the good work that’s going on and to really connect with the executive team as well as finance, technology and operations,” said Morris.
