June 29, 1940 – November 22, 2025 

June Doreen Lang (nee Congram) born June 29, 1940, in London, England. She moved to Canada in 1952 with her parents Reg and Molly and her little sister Eileen. She married Raymond Lang on September 7, 1957, and they were married for 68 years. 

June is survived by her husband Ray, son Mark and his wife Gail, and the highlights of her life, her three grandchildren, Derek, Kristen and Aaron. After a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s and osteoarthritis in both hips, June had a stroke on November 12 and passed away on November 22 at Royal Inland Hospital. Words cannot express the love, respect and appreciation the family has for the staff at R.I.H. who looked after not just June but the family as well. 

A celebration of life will be held sometime in the spring of 2026. 

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed.
