KAMLOOPS — RCMP say a woman who went missing from Kamloops earlier this week may be in the Lower Mainland.

Sheri-Lynn Bissonnette was last seen leaving her Aberdeen home at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 26). Her family says she was believed to have been heading to her son’s house in Batchelor Heights but never arrived.

In an update distributed Friday, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Dana Napier said police are fanning out the missing person alert to the public in and around Surrey.

“Investigators have new information to indicate that Sheri-Lynn may have been in the Surrey area as recently as November 26, 2025, and are asking the public to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment or their local police,” said Napier.

Bissonnette is believed to be driving her blue 2013 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, bearing BC license plate SJ5370.

Anyone with information as to Sheri-Lynn Bissonnette’s whereabouts is asked to contact Kamloops RCMP at (250) 828-3000 and refer to file number 2025-39325.
