100 Mile House emergency department starts 25-hour closure Wednesday

100 MILE HOUSE, B.C. — Interior Health has announced an unplanned 25-hour closure of the emergency department at 100 Mile House District General Hospital.
The closure is set to begin at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday (July 30) and end at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday.
IH does not list a reason for the closure.
Residents in the area who require emergency medical care are advised to call 9-1-1 or attend the emergency department at Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake.
