Christina Applegate says her condition is worsening following a multiple sclerosis misdiagnosis she received in 2021. On her MeSsy podcast, she revealed mobility so limited she couldn’t get out of bed. “It took 10 minutes just to sit my head up,” she said. Melanie Lynskey will lead and executive produce Mushroom Murders, a new Paramount+ limited series. The six-episode drama follows Erin Patterson, an Australian woman who allegedly served death cap mushrooms in beef wellingtons to her in-laws in 2023, killing three guests. South Carolina police have closed their investigation into the death of actress Hayden Panettiere, ruling it accidental. The Heroes and Nashville star died in August, aged 36, from toxic levels of fentanyl, Xanax, and other drugs.
