Harry Styles Debuts Emotional Tribute Song For Liam Payne
Harry Styles premiered an unreleased song written for his late One Direction bandmate Liam Payne during his Madison Square Garden residency on October 16th — exactly two years after Payne’s death. Styles performed the acoustic track, titled “What Is Enough,” alone with a guitar, addressing grief, regret, and loss. Before playing, he told the crowd: “Two years ago today, I lost one of those friends.” A lyric from the song reads: “You dance until your time / now you don’t / now you never will, will you?” Payne died aged 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires in 2024. The performance is part of Styles’ 30-show “Together, Together” residency, supporting his album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, running through October 31st.
