Kamloops Conservative incumbents flag affordability, health care ahead of provincial voting
KAMLOOPS — Two local Conservative incumbents are campaigning to keep their seats and help their party take power in Victoria. With the October 24 provincial election approaching, they’re taking their message to voters.
For Peter Milobar, the push for re-election in Kamloops Centre starts with getting his name back in front of the voters, saying his campaign is finding support both at the doorstep and behind the scenes.
“It’s been very, very positive. Our volunteer numbers are strong, lots of lawn signs going out. You know, the response on the doors with door-knocking has been very, very positive as well.”
