Drew Barrymore To Host Pillsbury Bake-Off Classic Special On CBS

Drew Barrymore is returning to her roots with Pillsbury. Her first-ever acting role was a 1979 Pillsbury ad. Nearly 50 years later, she will host the Pillsbury Bake-Off Classic on CBS and Paramount+. The two-hour baking competition airs Monday, November 23. Chefs Christina Tosi and Dook Chase will serve as judges. The show celebrates home bakers’ personal stories and traditions. The contest dates back to 1949. The winner receives $25,000 and a KitchenAid package. “Bringing the Pillsbury Bake-Off back to primetime television after more than 20 years is an exciting way to celebrate the creativity and joy home bakers have shared with us for generations,” said Pillsbury’s Maria Carolina Comings.
