Alix Dolson, KSACC’s agency coordinator, said nothing was taken, and there’s wasn’t any significant damage either, adding the break-in does not appear to have been targeted.

“We were able to fix the window last night and we’ll have some internal doors being fixed shortly,” Dolton said. “I also want to assure folks that no client information was accessed, that all of that information remains private and secure.”

“It was just some mess for our staff to clean up this morning. Stuff thrown from drawers, cupboards open, things moved from cupboards and drawers and strewn across the place.”

Dolson said she found out about the break-in “immediately” as she was alerted by the alarms at KSACC’s office. She was able to alert police, and said this incident is not expected to lead to major disruptions at KSACC.

“We opted to not have folks in the building today, clients in the building today just so we can have some time to make sure that every thing was safe and secure and ready to welcome back tomorrow,” Dolson said.
