Kamloops Game Changers Society is bringing the community together for the first ever Breaking the Ice Gala. Corrinna Douglas and Lou Bowers, join us to talk about the evening which will focus on raising awareness about mental wellness in sports. Professional athlete guest speakers will share their personal experiences and insights, helping to open up conversation and break the stigma around mental health.
