Kamloops RCMP looking for missing teenage girl

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are asking the public for help in their search for a missing teenage girl.

Police say they are looking for 16-year-old Emma Worthington after she did not return home as expected on Wednesday (Aug 19).

Worthington is described as a Caucasian girl with long, dark hair and blue eyes. She is about 5’11” tall and weights about 120 pounds.

“Frontline officers have made significant efforts to locate Emma however, to date she has not been located,” said S/Sgt. Janelle Shoihet, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson.
