Pair of NorthPaws take up three spots on All-WCL First Team for 2026

KAMLOOPS — A pair of Kamloops NorthPaws were among the best of their positions during the 2026 West Coast League (WCL) season. 

Outfielder Kade Crawford and starting pitcher and outfielder Evan Dugdale were named to the 2026 WCL All-WCL First Team, as selected by the league’s 16 head coaches. 

In 48 games, Crawford finished with a 0.306 batting average (AVG), 0.493 on base percentage (OBP) and 0.586 slugging percentage (SLG). The Louisiana Tech commit was tied for first in the league in home runs with 11, fifth in runs batted in (RBI) with 43 and third in stolen bases with 24. 

Dugdale started nine games as a pitcher for the NorthPaws in 2026. The Vernon College (Texas) commit struck out 38 batters over 49.2 innings pitched while sporting a 1.63 earned runs average and 1.13 WHIP.
