Kamloops Fire Rescue responding to notable house fire on Tk’emlups reserve

KAMLOOPS — Smoke can be seen billowing through the hazy sky as Kamloops Fire Rescue (KFR) crews respond to a residential structure fire on the Tk’emlups reserve. 

Details are slim as of publication, but the call from the 700-block of Shuswap Road east of Sun Rivers came in over the scanner at around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday (Aug. 12).
