Dry July extends to Kamloops real estate market
KAMLOOPS — Real estate activity was muted in a smoky Kamloops July.
New numbers from the Association of Interior Realtors (AIR) show 254 sales last month, down from 271 in June and 259 in July, 2025.
Fewer people were interested in putting their homes on the market in July. AIR recorded 457 new listings last month, down from 572 in June and 511 in July of last year.
“The Kamloops and district real estate market continues to reflect stable conditions, with sales activity largely in line with what we saw at this time last year,” said AIR President Ryan Mayne in a news release. “While new listings eased in July and overall inventory remains lower than we’d like to see, that’s been a longstanding challenge for the region, where demand has consistently outpaced the supply of available homes.”
