RCMP seek missing Vernon man who frequents North Thompson

VERNON, B.C. — RCMP in Vernon are trying to locate a missing person who may be somewhere between the North Okanagan and the North Thompson Valley.

Riley Kelly, 40, was last seen leaving his home on 41st Avenue in Vernon Thursday (July 30) at around 7:30 a.m. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Family members say Kelly frequently travels from Vernon to Clearwater. They are concerned for his well-being.

  • 181 lbs
  • Blonde hair
  • Blue eyes
  • Last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, dark blue jeans and Meindl hiking boots

RCMP say Kelly may be driving his white GMC Sierra 2500 Crew Cab pickup truck with license number VD5835.
