Water damage closes Tudor Village Laboratory in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Interior Health (IH) said the Tudor Village Laboratory in Kamloops will be closed until further notice due to water damage at the facility.

The health authority said the lab, which is typically open 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with walk-ins accepted until 2:00 p.m., will be unavailable until repairs are complete.

“IH is working to repair the damage as soon as possible and will provide additional updates to the community on when the lab will re-open,” said a statement from Interior Health.

“Clients with upcoming appointments will be contacted by Interior Health to reschedule. People can also reschedule or cancel their own appointments by visiting www.labonlinebooking.ca/en or by calling the IH Digital Health Support Desk at 1-844-870-4756, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.”
