Kamloops RCMP looking for wanted man

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are asking the public to keep an eye out for a man who is wanted on a pair of warrants for violent crimes.

Police said 37-year-old Darcy Kristopher L’Hirondelle is wanted for several offences, including assaulting a police officer with a weapon, possession of stolen property, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop after an accident, resisting-obstructing a police officer and failing to comply with probation order.

“The Kamloops RCMP Detachment is re-appealing to the public for help in locating Darcy,” said Cpl. Dana Napier, spokesperson for the Kamloops RCMP detachment.

“Two warrants have been issued for Darcy Kristopher L’Hirondelle and police are hoping the public can help officers locate him.”
