Heat warning issued for Kamloops and area with humidity values expected to rise
KAMLOOPS — A heat warning is in effect for multiple regions in the Kamloops area.
From Wednesday (July 15) through to Thursday, Environment Canada says daytime high temperatures will reach the mid-30s C while overnight lows will sit in the high teens in the South Thompson, Shuswap and Fraser Canyon regions.
The weather agency notes that a southerly flow will bring more moisture into the Kamloops area, increasing humidity values.
