George Clooney will receive the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival in September. Microsoft’s Xbox division will lay off 3,200 employees as part of its largest restructuring in 25 years, CEO Asha Sharma said. About 1,600 positions will be eliminated immediately, with the rest phased out through fiscal 2027. The move represents a 20% staff reduction and includes the separation of four game studios. Vicky Krieps, George MacKay, and Omar Sy are joining the cast of Warner Bros.’ upcoming Ocean’s Eleven prequel, directed by and starring Bradley Cooper. The film also features Margot Robbie, Wagner Moura, Monica Barbaro, and Josh Gad.
