KAMLOOPS — J.P. Hurlbert will not return to the Kamloops Blazers next season.
The forward from Allen, Texas, told CFJC Today on Monday (June 8) he will report to the University of Michigan Wolverines in time for the 2026-2027 NCAA Division One campaign.
Hurlbert racked up a team-leading 97 points with the Blazers and was named the WHL’s rookie of the year last season.
