Sara Bareilles Announces First Album In Seven Years Along With Fall Tour

Sara Bareilles will release Good Grief, her first studio album since 2019’s Amidst the Chaos, on August 28th. The singer-songwriter simultaneously announced a North American theater tour beginning September 9th in Boston and concluding October 19th in Seattle. Lead single “Home” is available now, inspired by a grief-focused podcast conversation with Anderson Cooper and Stephen Colbert. Bareilles produced the album herself at Dreamland Recording Studios in Woodstock, New York. A documentary about the album’s creation premieres Thursday at New York’s Beacon Theatre.
