Hoops in the Loops basketball tournament down in numbers, high on spirit

KAMLOOPS — Three-one-three basketball tournament Hoops in the Loops will take over a stretch of Victoria Street on Saturday and Sunday (June 6 and 7).

The sixth annual event – a fundraiser for youth sports in Kamloops – will feature about 100 teams this year.
