Fraser Valley police searching for missing man whose truck was found near Lytton

LYTTON, B.C. — Police in the Fraser Valley are asking the public to help track down a missing man whose truck was found last week near Lytton.

In a news release issued Wednesday (June 3), Abbotsford Police say Robert Leyen, 66, was reported missing one week ago (May 27). Police were told he was likely driving his grey 2009 Ford Ranger pickup truck.

One day later, the truck was found along the Trans Canada Highway near the Fraser Canyon Gateway sign outside of Lytton. Leyen, though, was not with the truck.

Search and Rescue teams scoured the area, but were unable to locate the man.
