Kamloops to host 2027 Futsal Canadian Championship in April

KAMLOOPS — The City of Kamloops will host the 2027 Futsal Canadian Championship in April next year.

Canada Soccer has picked the Tournament Capital of Canada as the host of the 2027-edition of the national five-a-side tournament. Games will be played on two full-size futsal courts at the Tournament Capital Centre, with the men’s and women’s finals scheduled to take place on April 11.

“Kamloops is proud to welcome the 2027 Futsal Canadian Championship for the first time,” Dušan Magdolen, the city’s Cultural Services and Events Manager said in a statement via Canada Soccer.

“We’re excited to once again partner with Canada Soccer as we continue our strong tradition of hosting national sporting events. As Canada’s Tournament Capital, we look forward to welcoming athletes, coaches, officials, and fans from across the country to our community.” ​ ​​
