Riley Green Named New Coach For ‘The Voice’ Season 30

Riley Green will serve as a coach on NBC’s The Voice for season 30, the 37-year-old announced Saturday on social media. Green joins previously confirmed coaches Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine for the fall season, which streams on Peacock. “I guess y’all can start calling me coach… see ya this fall,” Green posted on Instagram. His announcement included a voicemail from Clarkson welcoming him and jokingly warning “Kelly’s gonna whoop that ass.” Host Carson Daly commented “Welcome to the fam!! Can’t wait to hang!” Green currently tours North America on his Cowboy As It Gets arena tour. The singer has achieved four number-one hits on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart and earned multiple CMA and ACM Awards. He recently debuted as an actor on CBS series Marshals and is nominated for four ACM Awards.
