Martin Short has opened up for the first time about the death of his daughter, Katherine Hartley Short. He told CBS Sunday Morning: “It’s been a nightmare for the family,” adding that mental health and cancer “are both diseases, and sometimes with diseases they are terminal.” Katherine, 42, died on February 23.
