Megan Thee Stallion was seen crying during her Saturday night performance in Moulin Rouge! The Musical, hours after announcing her split from NBA player Klay Thompson. Fan footage showed the rapper wiping away tears during curtain call while receiving a standing ovation at New York’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre. Earlier that day, she confirmed the breakup on Instagram, writing “Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house… got ‘cold feet’” and “now you don’t know if you can be ‘monogamous’????” In a statement to Billboard, she said “Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward.” The couple began dating in summer 2025, with Thompson naming his boat “SS Stallion” last Thanksgiving. Megan is making her Broadway debut as Zidler through May 17th.
