KAMLOOPS — The spring weather appears to be thawing the Kamloops real estate market.

New totals from the Association of Interior Realtors (AIR) show 202 residential sales during the month of March – about 30 per cent more than February and 9 per cent more than March of 2025.

“We’re seeing the Kamloops real estate market activity picking up, with more homes coming onto the market and sales increasing as well,” said AIR President Kadin Rainville in a news release. “It’s a great sign heading into spring that will provide buyers more options and possibly setting the stage for an active spring market.”

Four-hundred-eighty-six new properties were listed last month – once again, about 30 per cent more than in February.
