Bridge work to close road and sidewalk on First Avenue

KAMLOOPS — The City of Kamloops has announced that scheduled work on the First Avenue overpass could lead to road and sidewalk closure for the Easter weekend.
CPKC will be conducting work on the railway overpass, and due to the possibility of falling debris, the roadway may be closed as a safety precaution.
The work is expected to run from 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until Sunday, April 5. Traffic control personnel will be in the area directing traffic.
