Netflix renewed its new version of Little House On The Prairie for a second season before the show’s debut. The family drama, based on Laura Ingalls Wilder’s classic books, premieres July 9th. Former NASCAR driver Chase Pistone has died at age 42. The cause of death has not been released. His brother, Nick Pistone, wrote on Facebook, “Well my young brother and best friend is gone… I’m broken hearted and don’t know if I’ll ever get over this.” Chase, grandson of NASCAR legend “Tiger” Tom Pistone, began racing at age six and later competed professionally. Sean “Diddy” Combs will leave prison earlier than first reported. The Bureau Of Prisons lists his new release date as April 25, 2028, from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. His release was previously expected on June 4, 2028. Combs, 55, was sentenced in October 2025 to 50 months for transportation for prostitution. Zootopia 2 will premiere on Disney+ on March 11th. The sequel follows rookie officers Judy Hopps, voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin, and Nick Wilde, voiced by Jason Bateman, as they face a new mystery in their city. Apple has canceled the comedy series Palm Royale after two seasons. The show concluded with its season two finale on January 14th. The Emmy-nominated series starred Kristen Wiig, Carol Burnett, Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin, and more. Annabel Schofield, known for her 1980s modeling career and her role as Laurel Ellis on Dallas, has died at 62. She passed away on February 28th in Los Angeles after battling cancer. iPic Theaters has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the second time as it seeks a sale in Florida federal court. The dine-in cinema chain cited slower film releases and lower ticket sales as key challenges.
