Kamloops Chef Romeo Oloresisimo, puts together some delicious dishes that are full of authentic Filipino flavour! The Spiced Lamb Shank is inspired by his uncle, and the Burrata hasn’t even hit the menu at Manila Social yet! Romeo gathers his ingredients and cookware from local establishments, including Eastuff Grocery, Nu Leaf Market, Sahali Liquor Store and Castles & Cottages.
