Team Tanaka looks ahead to Brier, Gushue curling cauldron in St. John’s
KAMLOOPS — Team Tanaka, the B.C. champion curling rink that includes three players from Kamloops, is in the thick of its preparation for the Montana’s Brier, which gets underway on Feb. 27 in St. John’s, Nfld.
Lead Coburn Fadden, second Mitchell Kopytko and third Jared Kolomaya of Kamloops, along with skip Cody Tanaka of Richmond, are holding a training camp this week at the Kamloops Curling Club.
CFJC Today spoke to the team on Wednesday at the club.
