Authorities are investigating a ransom note connected to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, mother of Today show co-host Savannah Guthrie. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos confirmed the note was sent to an Arizona news station Monday, containing specific details about the 84-year-old’s home and clothing. The FBI reviewed the note before sharing it with Savannah. Nancy was last seen Saturday night at her Tucson home but didn’t appear for church Sunday morning. Sheriff Nanos believes she was abducted, calling her residence “a crime scene.” Blood was discovered inside and outside the home. Investigators express urgency since Nancy requires daily medication and has limited mobility but no cognitive issues.
