Three years later, Williams Lake RCMP renew plea for information into missing man’s disappearance

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — More than three years after his disappearance, Williams Lake RCMP are renewing their plea to the public for help in finding a missing man.
In a news release issued Thursday (Jan. 29), police say Carl Schooner Jr. was 30 years old when he was reported missing on Dec. 4, 2022.
At the time, RCMP say Schooner’s family last heard from him on Nov. 30, 2022, when he was heading to Williams Lake from Bella Coola.
Schooner is described as an Indigenous man with a medium build, standing 6’1” and weighing 160 bs. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
