BC Wildlife Park puts on dazzling luminary display for Wildlights

KAMLOOPS – This year’s edition of Wildlights at BC Wildlife Park has attracted more than 6,000 visitors since December 12. Anyone who come has borne witness to the dazzling display of more than a million lights.
“Wildlights has become a tradition for the community of Kamloops and for other communities in the surrounding area. This is our 28th year open for Wildlights and we are very proud of that,” said Maggie Gonzalez, the marketing and events manager at the BC Wildlife Park.
Wildlights will run nightly between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. until Jan. 4, 2026 with the exception of Christmas Day. The lights turn on at 5:00 p.m. each night.
This event has become a reliable revenue source for the the BC Wildlife Park during the leaner winter months.
