City of Kamloops 2026 calendars ready for pickup this Tuesday

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops and area residents will be able to pick up copies of the 2026 city calendar as of this Tuesday (Dec. 2), while supplies last.

Pickup locations include City Hall, the Tournament Capital Centre, Westsyde Pool and Fitness Centre, the Civic Operations Centre, the North Shore Community Policing Office and the North Shore Business Improvement Association office.

The free calendar includes the 2026 solid waste collection schedule, and the city notes there will be two additional documents available at pickup locations – a solid waste supplement and a new recycling guide.

“The City found cost savings by printing supplemental collection information in-house rather than including it as a calendar insert,” a statement from the city said.

Individual zone-specific collection schedules for all of 2026 will also be available online by the end of December, the city added. The Waste Wise Kamloops app also has information on collection schedules and updates as well as collection day reminders.
