Kamloops RCMP looking for 37-year-old man wanted on two warrants

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are asking for help in locating a 37-year-old man who is wanted on a pair of arrest warrants.

RCMP say Darcy L’Hirondelle is wanted for a list of offences that include assaulting a police officer with a weapon, possession of stolen property, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, resisting or obstructing a police officer, and failing to comply with probation.

“Two unendorsed warrants were issued for Darcy L’Hirondelle, and police are hoping the public can help officers locate him,” Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Dana Napier said.

Darcy L’Hirondelle is described as a white man, standing about six-foot-one, weighing 241 lbs. Police say he has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Napier says if you know where L’Hirondelle is or have information about his whereabouts, to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and cite file 2024-36542 and/or 2022-38627.
