Woodland, first PWHLer from Kamloops, aims to rise ranks with Ottawa Charge

KAMLOOPS — Kendra Woodland would not be denied.

Twice passed over in the Professional Women’s Hockey League Draft, she persevered and was awarded a tryout with the Ottawa Charge.

That tryout took place earlier this month.
