Emergency department at 100 Mile District General Hospital closed most of Sunday

100 MILE HOUSE, B.C. — The District of 100 Mile House will be without its emergency room for the bulk of the day Sunday (Oct. 19).
Interior Health says the ER at 100 Mile District General Hospital will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
No reason is provided for the closure.
Residents in the area who need emergency medical help are urged to call 9-1-1, or visit either the emergency room at Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake or the Williams Lake Urgent and Primary Care Centre.
