Kamloops RCMP ask for help identifying theft suspect

KAMLOOPS — RCMP in Kamloops would like your help tracking down an alleged thief.
According to police, the theft happened was reported at about 7:00 p.m. last Sunday (Sept. 14) from a store in the 1000-block of Hillside Drive.
The man was spotted walking into a store, taking a backpack, filling it with other merchandise — including clothes and jewelry — and leaving. The value of the stolen items totals to about $700.
Kamloops RCMP describe the suspect as Filipino, about 25 years old, 5’3″ tall with an average build. He was wearing a black hoodie and black shorts at the time of the theft.
