Blazers lock up 2010-born forward Kim

KAMLOOPS — At least one 2010-born forward impressed the Kamloops Blazers brass during the recently wrapped training camp.

The team announced it has signed American forward Collin Kim to a standard WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.

The Blazers picked Kim, from Asuza, California, in the first round of the 2025 U.S. Prospects Draft, nabbing him at 15th overall.

Standing 5’10” and weighing 135 lbs, Kim spent the 2024-25 season Anaheim Jr. Ducks 14U ‘AAA’ team, leading the club in scoring with 58 points in 46 games.
