Upgraded Albert McGowan spray park opens to the public

KAMLOOPS — The city’s newest spray park is open — for a limited time only.

The upgraded and accessible water spray park at Albert McGowan Park in Upper Sahali was opened to the public Friday (Aug. 29).

Local families have been waiting for the park project to be completed on all summer, as construction began in March.

Among the newest features is a recirculating water system that maximizes conservation.
