KAMLOOPS — Kelly Olynyk is entering his 13th season in the NBA and will be playing for his eighth team when he makes his debut for the San Antonio Spurs this fall.
The seven-foot South Kamloops Secondary graduate was traded twice this summer — from the New Orleans Pelicans to the Washington Wizards on June 24 and from the Wizards to the Spurs on July 8.
Adding to the allure of the off-season — preparation for a new arrival. Olynyk and his wife, Jackie, are expecting their first child in September.
