Kamloops United men win, women draw against Burnaby FC
BURNABY — It was an undefeated weekend for Kamloops United Football Club (KUFC) in League1 BC action Saturday (July 5) afternoon.
The Kamloops men beat Burnaby FC 3-0 to improve to 19 points from 13 games – though they remain in fifth place with six wins, six losses, and a draw.
While Kamloops is eight points behind leaders Langley, they can still mathematically catch them as they have three games left to play – two of which will be at home.
The Kamloops women were also unbeaten Saturday, though they had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Burnaby.
