Katzberg taming Olympics hangover, rattles off five consecutive gold medals to start season

KAMLOOPS — Ethan Katzberg of the Kamloops Track and Field Club is at the top of the heap – the reigning Olympic and world champion in men’s hammer throw.
The first leg of his 2025 season included five events, with stops in Germany, Kenya and Norway, and he won them all.
Next up is the Prefontaine Classic on July 5 in Eugene, Oregon.
CFJC Today caught up with Katzberg and his coach, Dylan Armstrong, on Friday (June 27) in the throws centre across from Hillside Stadium.
