Kamloops NorthPaws hopeful to return to playoffs under new coach Riley Jepson

KAMLOOPS – The Kamloops NorthPaws open their 2025 West Coast League (WCL) baseball season on Friday (May 29) in Washington State against the Port Angeles Lefties.

Riley Jepson of Kamloops, an assistant coach with the team last year, will be making his head coaching debut as the NorthPaws are hoping to return to the playoffs for the first time since their inaugural season in 2022.

The club has a long way to go to get back to the West Coast League playoffs, as they finished with a league-worst overall record of 15 wins and 39 losses last year.

The NorthPaws will kick off the 2025 campaign with six straight games on the road before returning to Norbrock Stadium for their home opener on Friday, June 6th, against the Kelowna Falcons.
