CFJC named finalist for two Radio Television Digital News Association awards

KAMLOOPS — The CFJC newsroom has been named a finalist for two prestigious journalism awards.

The Radio Television Digital News Association announced finalists for its West Region awards Friday (May 23).

CFJC‘s coverage of the Red Bridge fire is the one and only finalist in the category of ‘Breaking News – Small/Medium Market’.

In addition, CFJC News is a finalist in the category of ‘Feature News – Small/Medium Market’ for a story detailing how the TRU men’s volleyball team has emerged from the tragedy of a fatal car crash in 2023.
