Blazers’ GM Clouston recaps draft days; first-round pick Ferreira shares thoughts

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Blazers have completed the WHL Prospects Draft and U.S. Priority Draft.
All told, the Blazers picked 12 players – six forwards, four defencemen and two goaltenders – across the two drafts Wednesday and Thursday, May 7 and 8. There were four players each from Alberta and Saskatchewan and two each from Manitoba and California.
Blazers’ head coach and General Manager Shaun Clouston recapped the drafts with CFJC Today, while 11th overall pick Mateo Ferreira shared a few thoughts.
