Human remains found scattered along a rural property near Kamloops, B.C., police say

KAMLOOPS — Mounties in Kamloops, B.C., say they are investigating a scene where partial human remains are scattered across a rural property.
Police say the southeast district major crime unit has been called in to the Pendleton Creek area, west of Kamloops, where the remains were discovered.
They say investigators are “unsure of the point of origin of the scattered partial remains.”
Police say they’re treating the death as suspicious.
