KAMLOOPS – The Thompson Rivers WolfPack men’s volleyball team have announced the signing of Prince George native Jordan Fulljames ahead of the 2025-26 Canada West season.

Fulljames, a six-foot-three outside hitter, has three years of eligibility left as he played two seasons of Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) volleyball for Camosun College.

“Jordan has been a player on our radar since high school,” WolfPack Head Coach Pat Hennelly said. “He has taken the two years at college to really develop physically and technically.”

“We think Jordan not only adds to our potential on the court but also the culture of the team. I can’t think of a more perfect recruit for our program.”

A graduate of College Heights Secondary and of the Prince George Youth Volleyball Club, Fulljames says his first look at university volleyball came during the WolfPack’s annual summer camp in Prince George.

“It’s a surreal experience to even be here and keep building on the legacy that I think keeps Pat coming back to Prince George,” he said. “It’s such a unique opportunity to give guys like me a chance when we haven’t had a whole lot of exposure to the sport.”

“I was pretty raw coming out of high school,” Fulljames added. “Coming from a northern community there weren’t a lot of opportunities up there so when I moved down to Victoria that was my first real exposure to technical work every single day.”

A shoulder injury forced Fulljames to redshirt in the 2022-23 season – his first in Camosun – when the Chargers won the CCAA National Championship.

“That was a great year for my development…and it was pretty cool to just be a part of that culture,” Fulljames said.

Fulljames is expected to add a veteran presence on the TRU roster as two key veteran outside hitters – Sam Flowerday and Matthew Hamilton – graduated after last season. The 6-14 WolfPack just missed out on qualifying for Canada West playoffs.

“Since day one, I’ve had my heart set on playing not just in the Canada West but specifically for TRU,” Fulljames said. “I always knew that I wanted to use college as a pathway to the university level.”

“TRU is very unique in that it has always been a scrappy team that has had to work hard and that reflects how I want to be as well. TRU has always been my number one option.”

Fulljames is a Dean’s list student, and he’s planning to pursue a psychology degree while at TRU.
